Purchase Instructions

The buying process in our shop is easy, and with a few steps you can purchase the item you want in a simple and safe way.

Select a product

Select the product that you are interested in by clicking on "add to cart". Automatically will redirect you to your shopping cart, showing the additions. If you want to add more products to your cart, you can return to the catalog using the link "Continue Shopping" located immediately below the product photo.

When finished selecting the products you want to purchase, click "View Cart". You can see the details of all products, its price and apply a discount coupon if you have one. If you change your mind or you're wrong, you can remove any item from here.

Once you have added all the products, you can start the purchase process by clicking on "Checkout".

Make the order as a guest or register

If you are already a customer, log into your account. And if you're not yet, you can register as a customer with your personal data. Once registered, you can continue with your purchase.

In Luthier's Nook you have the option to make the purchase as a guest. Thus, the system will not store your personal data and a user isn't created. You just have to select the "Order as a Guest" and click "Continue".

Billing Information

Then you have to enter your billing information so we can prepare and submit proof of purchase to the address. If the billing address is the same as the shipping, choose "send to this address".

Shipping information

If the shipping address is different than the billing address, you must select the "send to a different address" and enter the data for the address where you want to deliver the order. Then click "continue". The order is always accompanied by an invoice.

Review the data and finalize your purchase

Check now that all the details are correct. If you find errors or want to change something, there's still time to make changes.

Being the right data, you must click on "Order" to complete the purchase process. By placing your order, you represent that you have read and accepted the conditions described herein. You will shortly receive an email with the order details. Plus, you can track your order via web. You can see all detail updates on your order at any time in "my account".


Upon completion of data delivery, be sure they are correct, because only you can change the delivery address while the order has not yet left our warehouse. Once the order has been invoiced, we can not make any changes to the delivery details.

When you receive your package, open it and check the goods. Check that the product has not been damaged during transport. Make sure that the package is received in good condition externally. Otherwise, note this fact on the delivery note, reject the shipment, and report it writing to Luthier's Nook within 24 hours. In cases of product deterioration or lack of compliance due to transportation (which are not obvious at the time of delivery), you must notify Luthier's Nook during 24 hours after the receipt via e-mail to AY.LYGUKHRYP3FQ3GLRY@ASK3Y1@.

It is very important to remember that we only have 24 hours to apply de insurance so please communicate these facts within this period by contacting our Customer Service either by phone or writing an email to AY.LYGUKHRYP3FQ3GLRY@ASK3Y1@
